• Plan and Prepare: Collaborate with states and districts to prepare the state PIP and the AH component of district plans, particularly micro plans.
• Monitor and Evaluate: Critically assess progress against approved plans by analyzing reports, data available in the web-based HMIS, and conducting field visits.
