Essential, Desirable Qualifications, Experience for the above post

1. Deputy Registrar

Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• Nine years of experience as an Assistant Professor with experience in educational administration.
• Relevant experience in research or higher education institutions.
• Five years of administrative experience as an Assistant Registrar or in a similar position.

Desirable:

• Experience in handling administrative matters related to employees, recruitment, pensions, procurement, finance, and academics in government or public sector organizations.

2. Assistant Registrar

Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• Strong academic record.

Desirable:

• At least five years of relevant administrative experience in a supervisory role in a government office, recognized university, technological institution, or reputable organization.
• Experience in handling administrative matters related to employees, recruitment, pensions, procurement, finance, and academics.

3. Technical Officer Level – I

Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (M.Tech.) in Electronics Media, Multimedia, or Media Engineering with good grades.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech.) in Electronics Media, Multimedia, or Media Engineering with good grades and two years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Electronics Media, Multimedia, or Media Engineering with good grades and two years of relevant experience.

Desirable:

• In addition to the above qualifications, experience in the following areas is also desirable:
  • Operating and maintaining sophisticated/computer-based instruments in a reputable educational institution or R&D organization
  • Operating and maintaining computers, peripherals, and data administration
  • Operating and maintaining computer networks in a reputable educational institution or R&D organization

4. Security Officer:

Essential Qualifications:

• Be a commissioned officer in the Army, Navy, or Air Force, or a Deputy Superintendent of Police, Assistant Commandant of Police, or Security Force personnel with six years of relevant experience.
• Be a graduate with 15 years of relevant experience, including experience in a supervisory capacity in a security organization.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to ride a motorcycle and handle firearms.
• Must be in good health and physically fit.
• Must be familiar with security rules and procedures for interacting with the police and the public.

Desirable:

• Possess a valid driving license for light motor vehicles.

5. Medical Officer (Psychiatry)

Essential Qualifications:

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Master of Surgery (MS) degree from a university recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) in the field of psychiatry.
• Postgraduate diploma in psychiatry from a university recognized by the MCI, plus at least two years of experience in a recognized hospital.

Note: Candidates with postgraduate degrees will be given preference over those with postgraduate diplomas.

6. Medical Officer (Gynaecology)

Essential Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Master of Surgery (MS) degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology from a university recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
• Post Graduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynecology (DGO) from a university recognized by the MCI, along with at least two years of post-qualification experience in a recognized hospital.

7. Medical Officer (Dental)

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a university recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI) with at least two years of experience in a recognized hospital.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) degree or a postgraduate diploma with two years of experience in a recognized hospital.

8. General Duty Medical Officer

Essential Qualifications:

• MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) degree from a university recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
• At least two years of relevant experience in a recognized hospital.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an MD/MS (Doctor of Medicine/Master of Surgery) degree in any relevant field or a postgraduate diploma with two years of experience in a recognized hospital.

9. Counsellor

Essential Qualifications:

• A doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in psychology.
